Working from my small studio on Bodmin Moor in Cornwall, I am inspired by the beauty of the landscape and animals that surround me everyday. I have found a passion for colour pencil art capturing the beauty of animals, both domestic and wild.

 

With a keen eye for detail and a passion for bringing animals to life on paper, I hope to create stunning and realistic portraits of animals including domestic pets and wildlife. Each piece is a unique expression of my love for animals and their incredible beauty.  Working from a two dimensional photograph I love how a subject comes to life with each pencil stroke on the paper and that blank canvas becomes a beautiful, emotional, three dimensional portrait.
